After 20 years spent working in marketing - I've seen it all - from heading up the marketing for a billion-dollar media empire to being an entrepreneur struggling to grow my own start-up.

Today, I spend my time helping others, sharing the many lessons I've learned, and helping to implement the best practices that make marketing work.

I'm a current mentor for Virgin Start-up, helping their portfolio of businesses overcome their marketing challenges, and maximise their growth potential.
